Happy Birthday Michigan!

To celebrate Michigan’s statehood, Dexter Farm to School in partnership with Dexter Food and Nutrition is excited to offer a lunch menu with all Michigan-sourced items available.  The menu includes honey-garlic roasted chicken drumsticks, honey roasted orange and purple carrots, and apple crisp.  Please check individual school menus for specific dates.

DCS celebrates National Farm to School Month with an offering of delicious watermelon planted, grown, and harvested by Creekside students.  Watermelon will be served in all 6 DCS cafeterias Thursday 10/13 and Friday 10/14.  Please visit the Food and Nutrition Facebook page for more details.

Senator Joe Hune visits Cornerstone for a tasty Farm to School lunch!
