Congratulations Dexter Food and Nutrition!

For the second year in a row, Dexter Food and Nutrition is the recipient of grant funding from the 10 Cents a Meal Program sponsored by the Michigan Department of Education.  This competitive grant is part of an MDE program that will provide matching funds for the purchase of local fruit, vegetables and legumes in DCS cafeterias.  Watch for local apples, peas, cherry tomatoes, rainbow carrots, and  winter squash on the salad bar or as a menu side.  For more information on the 10 Cents a Meal Program please visit- http://www.tencentsmichigan.org

Enjoy!
