Will you be MI valentine and join us for an all Michigan sourced lunch?

Once again Dexter Food and Nutrition is partnering with Farm to School to serve an all Michigan-sourced lunch.  Mark your calendars and please join us next week for a “scratch” Valentine meal that includes honey roasted chicken with apples, honey-glazed carrots, mashed potatoes, Jiffy cornbread, and cherry crisp.  All main ingredients- chicken, apples, carrots, honey, potatoes, cornbread, and tart cherries have been sourced from Michigan farms.

The schedule for serving next week is:

Wednesday, 2/7:  Cornerstone and Bates

Thursday 2/8:  Wylie and Creekside

Friday 2/9:  Mill Creek and High school
