Creekside Garden workday on 10/29 CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

It has been a beautiful fall in the gardens, but with the rain yesterday and today, it will be too wet to hold our fall Creekside Garden and Sullivan Memorial Garden workday.

If you are interested in collecting seeds from the sunflowers in the Sullivan Memorial Garden, they will be available for harvest until 10/31.  Afterwards they will be reseeded in the garden or composted.

Also, just a friendly reminder that all of the wonderful veggies in the Sullivan Memorial Garden are being harvested for the DCS cafeterias.  Volunteer help in the gardens is always welcome, but please refrain from harvesting produce as we need adequate amounts to serve in the cafeterias.
